Dr. Sulaiman AlHudaif

30+ Years of Solid Experience in Strategic Human Resources

Dr. Sulaiman Alhudaif is a well-known HR Executive in KSA. He has 30+ years of solid experience in Strategic Human Resources Planning & Design, Organizational Development, Executive Training, Assessment & Competency Development, Top Management Talent Selection, Acquisition & Succession and Project Consultation. Furthermore, Dr. Sulaiman also led the development of various HR initiatives and was a key member of the Executive Team who successfully launched the operations of a newly established Islamic Bank in KSA. He is an officer and member of various management groups locally and internationally such as the Saudi Management Association (SMA), American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Saudi HR&D Fund Consultancy Group, Arabian Society of HR Management, and others. Dr. Sulaiman Alhudaif has a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration (DBA) and MSc Degree in both International Relations and Administration Science.

Dr. Abbas H. A. Mohamed

30+ Years of Experience of Work in Organizational Development and Human Resources Management.

Dr. Abbas H.A. Mohammad graduated with a B.A. (Hon.) in Psychology from the University of Khartoum in 1982, and received a Masters’ in Occupational Psychology and Ph.D. in Management from Aston Business School, Aston University in the U.K (1983-1988). He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Change Management from Lancaster University, UK in 2002. Dr. Abbas has 30+ years of experience of work in organizational development and human resources management gained through holding senior positions in HR management functions in leading telecom and financial institutions together with the design and execution of numerous consultancy projects across different sectors covering oil & gas, banking, insurance, telecom and general services across the GCC while working with reputable international and regional consultancy firms. His specific areas of expertise and interest cover Job Analysis and Competency Modeling, Setting up HR KPIs & HR matrices; Design and Execution of Development & Assessment Centers; Psychometric Testing; Job Evaluation, Grading Structure; Total Reward Management & Compensation & Benefits Systems and Linking Performance to reward and incentive schemes. Dr. Abbas also designed and delivered numerous training courses and workshops in different HRM areas.
